Dear Unifi sifus,

I just noticed in my Unifi profile there's an option to get FREE Unifi Plus Box. The T&C is to subscribe to Unif TV Packs. However, I already have Ruby Plus Pack bundled in my current plan which cannot be removed. Do I still need to subscribe to additional plans to get this free Unifi Plus Box? Or just renew my contract for 24 months? Spoke to CS and she kept saying I need to subscribe to TV Packs (which I'm already subscribed to and paying RM30/month).

Can someone please shed some light on this?

I changed my aneka to ultimate and they gave me free upb with 24 months contract. If you’re not upgrading, you need to pay the rm20/month for 2 years. Btw, there is iptv forum where they discuss about upb.

Go to fb marketplace or mudah, someone will sell you upb for half the price.

The UPB (gen1) is a rebranded Skyworth Leap S1, also rebranded as the MECOOL KM2

you could buy one of those if you want
But there are also better options

I already bought an android TV Box for my room upstairs. My mother is using the old white Unifi STB downstairs and I thought if I can get the UPB for free, why not? Can upgrade the white STB
