Anyone using Alianz Medical card? How's the admission and claim process??

Some say Great Eastern will give you hell. no smooth. this that . can't do 2 surgery at 1 go ( breast and heard), no 2 knees replacment at 1 go, a lot of hidden unwritten rule bla bla

how about AIA?

just need feedback for a smooth admission espcially for senior citizens or share your experience using any of these medical cards

If really one is superior to the others, then I think there should be only one insurance company selling medical insurance by now kan?

Out of all the "unsuccessful claims", roughly 80% is due to incomplete documents.
So are we going to disregard the 80% and just focus on the 20%?

These are not AIA numbers, these are based on LIAM statistics, which includes for all insurers in Malaysia.

Keep in mind for waiting period 2 year. Not straight away buy can use for surgery already. Also if known case of any disease won't be covered.

You want smooth, wait 2 years from date of inception of policy.

claimed GE and Allianz

so far both smooth in issuing GL and final bill.

between GE and Allianz, GE more stingy in claims and exclude items they deem unrelated). Allianz most times can claim all items.
