Tech Support Need Help Identify & Configure Home Alarm, Wireless Home Security System.

Hi everyone,
I need help identifying and configuring this wireless alarm system. After upgrading to SWU 3.0 and replacing the router, the alarm system lost its wireless connection, and I can't control it from my phone anymore. It's been over seven years, and I've lost contact with the person who helped me install this device, no box, no manual, I couldn't find any information online. Please help if you know this model. Press and hold the wifi button doesn't work & app cant repair.  Thank you!  |
