Normally "-ng-" in BM pronounced "-n'ng-", "-ngg-" pronounced "-ng'g-".

But "ungu" pulak pronounced "ung'gu" instead of "un'ngu".

Kinda weird coz in this the written way of "ungu" should be "unggu".

DBP plan to rectify this, since PMX so emphasize on bahasa baku?

I have always been disturbed by ungu.
In the 80's everyone called it unggu although the spelling is ungu. Nowadays I see that kids are taught to pronounce it as per the spelling which is ungu which is fucking weird coz I don't think it was ever pronounced as such in the old days.

Anyway, this is not the only word that got changed because DBP came up with a different spelling. But somehow this one still bugs me.
