Hi everyone, just wondering, how often do you use the clubhouse facilities provided by the developer or your condo? Because from what I see, the swimming pool is always less crowded, lets not talk about those airbnb type of condo.
what are your thoughts of this?
Because i'm looking to help and operate the swimming pool , any sifu know any clubhouse or any condo that is looking to for ppl to operate the pool?

Many owners are paying for unnecessary facilities which they never use in the first place and all these cost money to maintain. The pool is for the residents and I assume you are planning to run it commercially and outsiders will be going in to use it ? This post has been edited by mini orchard: Oct 5 2023, 07:40 AM

Despite going for cheaper. would say a swimming pool and gym is a must la. other things like karaoke room, function room, yoga room etc... are just lebih that is built and utilisation less than 10%.

I used to fancy about all these extra facilities until I start to pay for it but utilize less than 20-30% a month. Swimming pool and gym ok, but the rest just ppl seem less interested. They prefer to rent outside, example is the badminton court (indoor).

It is workable. BSC Club House are leasing out their badminton courts to the public.
If the club members are using it regularly, I think the club should not open it to public leasing for the crowd control. The members are paying for the membership / maintenance anyway.
If the club have low utilization rate, it is better for the club to open it to public. The money collection from the public can be used to maintain the facilities.
