Does anyone here buy ancubic botanical property?
Defect fixing is taking forever. I have some crack on the ceiling, don't know need to fix or not. Because really don't feel like waiting any longer, we are
paying the rent for place we currently stay in, and also the new property. Damn sakit hati:/

Do you all usually fix all the defects only start renovating and move in?
According to the defect check team, the condition is actually 70% ok.

Normally is up to owner. If want to claim everything, then got to tahan the waiting time.

If is not serious and if you are doing reno, can ask the contractor to do.

For eg, hollow tiles, ask the tiles from the developer and get your contractor to retile it.

About 40 days after our defect submission, the management told us it takes about a month usually.
But when we questioned them, they are not providing any explanation, simply ignored our message. Called also no use, they said will check for us but never get back. So they sort of pushing the responsibity to one another.

Some of our defects are:

- ceiling cracks (but need to see carefully only notice the cracks)
- clogged sink
- main door crack at the bottom
- dirty window that cant be removed by us

- some other defects that are really minor which we dont mind. For ancubic, we use Profix App to submit defect, each submission can only enter
50 items, defects total is 100+. So the first round submisison havent even fixed yet T.T

If i start doing reno without waiting them, like install air con..will the contractor push the blame to us on the defects? i heard some of them dont take
the responsibility once they see u started revonating without fixing defects.
