Those who use android 10 can you check your google play store version?
latest google play store version is 38.8....

but my android 10 (which cannot update to android 11) google play store version only 38.7.32-29

and now this Dec I always facing error when go in "manage apps and device"
it cannot update, I clear cache and data then it works for that time, after I close the playstore app and relaunch it, same problem again.

So if you want to get android 10, you maybe will face this problem.

My Android 9.1 with Play Store 38.7.32-21
Never have this problem. Could be a network issue.

From early month of December until now still got this problem.
I dunno what is the problem.
I check internet some people facing this problem Feb 2023 until now.

They also face same problem, clear cache and data work for temporary only.

There is no mention of Android 10 in the link you gave.

I mean they also facing this problem and I suspect is due to old version.
