Hi everyone, I just want to ask your opinion on something because I'm new to this.

Some of my applications on Jobstreet have been viewed 3 times and one of them even more than 10 times but there's no response from the company that I've applied, may I know is this normal?

Please don't bash me for my ignorance lol because I've only started my job hunt last month and the I've been contacted for interviews for all the applications where my profile has been viewed before this so I just want to know what are the possible reasons for this.

Normal or not normal is not up to you to decide or make any change to it.

More viewed doesn't necessarily guarantee interview,
more interview attended doesn't guarantee job offer.

But what I can say is you probably have some potential being shortlisted but not being significantly ahead compared to others in term of overall package, or maybe it could be just the HR is short of staff to arrange a call for you.

Regardless, please continue to apply for more opening instead of betting all your egg to this particular vacancy.

Its very random. I got job apps with 5 views but no interview offer and yet managed to get interview offers from multiple job apps with just 1 views.

up to 10 views but no calls is not normal...usually 2-3 views they will give u a call oredi

It's actually depends..

Sometimes just 1 view enough to land u interviews...

Sometimes few times views because probably they need to double triple check 😁
