Hi guys, we will open this thread dedicated for everyone who interested in this project, kindly post your queries, concerns, or anything about the SkySierra's phase 2 project - The Vesta Residence

We will update the thread accordingly as new phase launches and will be open to accept any comment or review about this project.

Same as the phase 1, this project location is surrounded by the commercials of setiawangsa and also walking distance to Aeon, basically, come down you can get almost everything within door-step.. just the nearest MRT/LRT quite some distance away...

setiawangsa development, generally not much attention given... but skyworld punya product, their facilities all quite impressive, especially their rumawip series, the facilities given are what above what a rumawip price point should have... the one point skyworld able to impressed the market so far

hmm, usually Skyworld will delivers well on their facilities offering but quality of completion reli quite decent, i like what I saw in the previous Skyworld's projects like skyawani series, skyluxe, skymeridien and etc. the complaints on The Valley is really quite new to me ohmy.gif ohmy.gif

Yes especially with the unlimited ride Rm50 monthly pass. Those said low demand of mrt i think they never take mrt one . Lol

But property with mrt lrt recently quite good rental price, should be sure got the demand for it.. although alot still driving but driving fatigue is getting real thanks to the jams 😅

so far the rumawip series facilities also impressed us by providing more than a 300k apartment should have, most of my frens also quite satisfied with their rumawip purchases...

not bad ma, for such a low profile project, went my fren house at the valley over the weekend, despite the shortcoming on the general area, the defects in his unit has been quite minimal, he very fast started the renovation and move in for own staying...

good for you bro, as for build quality, every developer in msia also have the same issue... good quality buildings, i think in msia not that much and its also dependent on everyone's tolerance level, super subjective...

Another observation is that our population in general, has tended to incline towards cats instead of dogs once we have adapted into high rise living.
