all non-inverter. Daikin 1.5hp, mitusbishi mrslim 2hp, panasonic 1.5hp and 2hp.

Daikin and panasonic give me least problem.

Mitsubishi most lapsap because stupid remote control hard to set timer. They only have the option to "off after x hour". 2018 product, no internal clock. lol. Also many parts rosak within this period. circuit board, sensor, pipe burst. Highly not recommend.
*
alright thanks for the input!

went with panasonic 1.5hp .. most of my other airconds are daikin

will install solar soon

Nice, why did it take so long to activate tho?

Anyway.. which location? PG said Cheras area able to generate 20-26 a day for 7.26kwp.

Finally activated. Mine’s 7.26.

Generated 26.14kwh yesterday, turned on AC box around 10:15am.

So today will be considered a full day, as of 1pm already generated 11.95kwh.

Mine should be same system as yours installed by PG. Location also probably quite near to each other. getting around 19-27kw per day. Abit low IMHO but maybe due to my roof orientation (3 angles - front, side and back)
*
Wow.. as low as 19. Mine hit 28 yesterday.

My location is at Cheras, yours?

QUOTE(Secret_Garden @ Jul 28 2024, 05:03 PM)
Mine one hit at 32.12kwh on the same day and the 2nd highest generated so far. The highest so far is 33.72kwh. The system is the same as yours.
*
Wah, 7.26 gave you 32.12??

Quite big difference.. which location?

The export is not accurate?

Just received my bill, billing period 25-31 July.

In the s-miles app shown 177 exported, but only 126 was exported to tnb from the bill.

Hi guys, what's your experience between the solar generation measured by the equipment's app compared to what's recognized in TNB bill?

So far I have gotten 2 bills after solar installation, and TNB only recognize about 91% to 92% of what the app measures:

First- 26 Jun-30 Jun, app 85.55 kwh & TNB 78 kwh
Second- Full July, app 696 kwh & TNB 638 kwh

Is it normal?
*
I asked the same question and TS netflix2019 replied.

Means your house consumption from solar 85.55-78, 696-638

First full month bill

Solar 7.26kwp
Highest yield : 33.19kwh
Lowest yield : 10.61kwh

Total yield: 743.82kwh
Total export: 541 kwh

So self consumption 202.82 / 31 = 6.5x kwh per day average

i think PG has been accepting alot more customer than they can handle, might take awhile for them to sort things out  rclxub.gif

yeah, crazy how slow they're replying nowadays. used to be quite fast, haha.

looks like mostly due to EV popularity.

hope it doesnt cancel out my NEM contract.

in term of price I'm not sure.
But for support after sales, I'm satisfied.
Application process also very fast.

Only the installer quality I not satisfy a bit, but minor issue only, overall acceptable.

Add on RVN10

The first time my house blackout after solar installed, I didn’t know had to turn solar DB back on. They noticed it as early as 9:30am and pinged me to check.

So I think PG did quite well here.

Might as well go maximum 12kW inverter with 24 >600W panels.

Thought my 2.9kW was bad enough! All time low since commissioned in August 2024.
*
haha, same, few months already. first time this low..

thought 4.77 kwh was the lowest it could go for this month (2 dec). did not expect a total of only 1.22 on rainy days..
