It's exactly as the process described from the Solaris website:

After install, wait e-mail TNB confirmation and activate, then wait for another TNB e-mail on Solaris incentive with link to a form to fill in details like bank account, then payment arrive some days later.

You mentioned only 1 phase jalan. Are you on HMT inverters too?

Did the installer give you any explaination?

Anyways just sharing mine yield today (9.68kw setup) - 25.45kwh. Am suspecting 1 of the micro is problematic though - only started production at 10am. Still trying to figure it out.

Just curious, the trip happen due to the inverter, is there any error code from the inverter, such as over-voltage, under-voltage.... etc.
Did the technician mentioned anything about the cause of the trip?

T stands for three phase.
S stands for single

But some ppl they gave HMS n some HMT. All seems to be on 3 phase also. I not sure what's the reasoning.
