QUOTE(myteam94 @ Mar 11 2025, 01:43 PM) Tumpang Thread, All this for string?..quite expensive. Cash price or instalmentcurrently seeking proposal for solar installation. I'm still new with solar initiative here what I have got so far a. Verdant: 25,900 after MBB discount (8.54kWP) b. GSPARX: 27k-28k (7.93kWP) So far Verdant okay? I'm still waiting for Sols Energy proposal. |

QUOTE(ipodunlimited @ Mar 29 2025, 02:04 AM) Hi, anyone here already paid deposit in Jan\Feb\March plus already got their NEM cert...but vendor still cannot commit to an installation date? Paid depo 28/2..Wondering if still can make it in time to claim SOLARIS rebate as the 30th April deadline is approaching. 1st week SEDA application settled... 2nd week site visit 3rd week panel installation completed now waiting TNB meter replacement This post has been edited by gogocan: Mar 29 2025, 07:43 AM ipodunlimited and bee88 liked this post

QUOTE(bee88 @ Mar 29 2025, 07:50 AM) Yes. My cousin experience. Signed up mid March. Installation date April 10. good vendor should advise client realistically whether they can still get the rebate on time My uncle experience. Signed up late March. Installation 20 April. All just trying their luck now. They took too long to think about solar last time. For me already told if I don't get the rebate I'll minus RM 4k from the full payment..so far only depo paid. ipodunlimited liked this post

QUOTE(Parmjit @ Mar 29 2025, 01:54 PM) Wanna ask your opinion on the proposal given (3 phase) Can get below 34k for micro inverter.now maybe too late to get the rebate. Why not wait until rebate is over when demand is slower and see what is the actual price..1. System size: 11kWp 2. Savings around RM 600 per month 3. Number of solar panels: 18 to 20 units 4. Price range RM 30k - RM 38k depends on the package you choose. |

QUOTE(lost123 @ Jun 22 2025, 07:05 PM) Just got back from the home expo.. saw TRD Energy and Pathgreen. TRD using string Huawei inverter and Pathgreen using hoymiles micro inverter. And the panels TRD using Jinko and I forgot which one Pathgreen using already. In the end, TRD seems to be more expensive by about 10-15%. Anyone got any feedback on these two? Really unsure what would be better and is TRD worth the extra money? why string more expensive than micro?..both use 1st tier panel not much difference |

QUOTE(adamw @ Jun 22 2025, 07:22 PM) Seems TOU more beneficial, lower tariff at night. But really need to wait & see, the way this tariff is done seems to be very confusing. Come across soya cincau article..seem TOU offer better rates for solar and EV userhttps://soyacincau.com/2025/06/21/tnb-cheap...-of-use-scheme/ |

Everyday get 5-6hrs of 🌞?![]() The micro inverter can peak out at 2.04kW per micro inverter or 6.12kW max for all 3 micro inverters. It won't go any higher. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
