If i am installing Solar Panel, does it mean i dont need to care the part cover by panels?

If like the pic standard installation, I believe there will be leak between the panels. but at least is not directly hitting the tiles.

But the ROI needs to minus off any maintainence fee /interest (if borrowing from bank) and asset depreciation.
TS doesn't include Asset depreciation so it's kind of flawed

Biggest unknown is inverter. That's why need warranty + reputable brand for this.

Solar panel being passive will last very long.

My area is 4.49 sun hour average for the whole February.

Actually in Kuching or Sarawak, their electric charges is still very very cheap. Like 30 cent per kWh at the highest rate. So there is little point going Solar there unless you are really a big consumption.

I think 4.64kwp setup won’t really help much in the Tnb bill, not only it’s more expensive upfront, but due to Tnb lower tariff for the first few hundred brackets, it won’t get u far in term of saving.

Btw, 4.64kwp can and should help generate around 480kwh on average per month. Which is around 16-18kwh a day.

If i am not mistaken , Actually the higher fee can be used to cover the cost of Tnb pay for FIT producer.  In the first generation of solar, Tnb actually pay about 85 cent to rm1.xx for each kWh to FIT solar programme participants which started in 2011. Before NEM was introduced. In fact all Users are paying a 1.6% kwtbb including current NEM users. TNB will need some $$ money to cover FIT program payout for sure I believe. 

So the higher rate translate to your support on the green initiative by Tnb all this while I guess.
