Hi all,

Installed 12kwp and my monthly is about RM900. Just want to compare the yield from others too. Not sure whether need to clean the panels already since a few years
*
Can reduce the bill to zero?

2.4KW system.

battery and for 2nd floor aircon use.

22k with 2nd hand panel.

really like scam.

maybe he is not in the NEM contractor list but want to earn the money?
*
He said nem no good , not enough profit margin 🤦. Hybrid system is good but parts like inverter and especially the batteries will eat up those cost.

Still rm22k for 2.4kwp system with "used" panels is expensive. Better just go nem with that budget and get solaris rebate also.

Does bifacial generate more when mounted on roof tiles, pretty much the backside is 5inches from the roof tiles... Isn't it quite dark on that?

Would make sense if mounted on ground or flat concrete. Perhaps that is your roof type?
*
Agree, monofacial is more than enough for normal Malaysia roof. Not saying you shouldn't choose bifacial but if the cost can be put on getting more efficient panels and inverters , then it's abit of a better investment i suppose.

just got my quotation

Jinko 590wp panel x15
inverter 8kwac huawei brand
esti solar genration 914kwh
for tnb usage 400-500

total cost RM 28k

worth?

ps: its for 3 phase and need to pay cash to get the price sweat.gif
*
Worth it, you get decent panels and inverter aswell.

After the rebate, the total cost would only be around rm24k.

Since they're giving you the huawei inverter, try asking them first whether the inverter is in stock or not?

9.68kwp, 8kw inverter, testing day 1

Start at 7am. Manual shut off at 5.45pm

41.22kwh produced.

Only clipped once about 15 min.

Hardly a good day from the chart as I see it goes up n down.

If you live at kl or Selangor, current weather is a bit unpredictable at the moment, lots of clouds on certain days which can hamper your solar generation.
