i upgrade from mitsubishi mr.slim to panasonic inverter. both 2hp. no need change piping.

I tried daikin. really can tahan lasak but my only gripe is high frequency sound when gas move or fan. cannot fix. So i shift it all to living room. So far same like yours 14 years already still jalan.

Mitsubishi not worth, maybe mine old model. A lot of problem and really shitty remote control. I dont expect remote to not have internal clock, so timer u need to calculate how many hours later shut off. And i used total 8 years i think, repaired quite a lot of time and many times leaking water.

Just go with Panasonic. I have another 2hp in study area. Never give me any issue in 14 years

All my home air-conds all converted over the years to Daikin Inverter aircond, from 1.5hp to 2.5hp. No hissing gas sound. If got, that means gas leaking..

Buying electrical items these days require some kind of luck.. bad luck means we get lemon... very often happens on even the most trusted brand.. Just go with the mainstream like Pana Daikin with 5 star energy saving label..

yeah ROI of 7 years are acceptable, furthermore although battery warranty is 10 years, it wont drop dead at 10 years + 1 day, just the capacity degrade to 80% or so, still can use for very long time for further saving down the line

just like some idiot worry about the 8 years EV battery warranty
