I'm thinking to get SR or LR. Is there a big difference with the sound quality?

Just get the LR if budget permits. The difference in sound quality is day and night. Don't forget that you are getting the extra range, horsepower and AWD too!

will the mod void warranty?

I dont feel the difference to upgrade to LR other than the speakers. The range of RWD is ok for me. Performance is not important.

Just if got nice sound will be good.

The price difference (RM47k) between the Model Y's LR and SR is indeed a bit steeper compared to the price difference (RM29k) between the Model 3's LR and SR. Ultimately, I bought the Model 3 LR over the SR because it was a no-brainer to have better range, power, audio, faster DC charging speed and of course the AWD capability for just RM29k.

Same thinking except i like the model y design now

I am driving suv now but unsure if i should go back to sedan although i dont have family yet. M3 awd has better acceleration or model y rwd with better looking but lesser range. Hmm

I stay in condo with public charger available

I like the rear design of the new Model Y but prefer the front of the Model 3. As for the question of going for SUV or sedan it's the matter of personal preference or need. For me, even if I'm going to have a family in the near future, I would still get a sedan over SUV mainly because of sedan's better & more agile handling as well as having a sleeker look.

Decision decision:

Model 3 LR: Paying a 15k premium for better range, performance, handling, audio system, AWD capability and faster DC charging speed

Model Y SR: Saving 15k for your preferred look and better driving vision, cabin & storage spaces and some other new improvements made by Tesla like the front bumper camera, frunk's drain hole and improved heat rejection glass roof

Do you always use fast charge?

I heard SA say RWD battery can full charge to 100% while AWD is only 80%.

in the end the different also very little.

The difference is huge whenever you need that extra range

Last night I charged it till 93% and sentry mode is always on.
My wife car drove less than 5km this morning and is parked.
I checked the battery now status shown 83%, dropped 10%. Is this normal?
I turn off the auto climate as well.

Turning on the sentry mode typically drains around 5-6% of the battery per day plus a short distance drive is always not efficient so I guess it's normal. Tesla has promised to reduce sentry mode's excessive power consumption in the next updates but there isn't a concrete date just yet.
