nope,.. 12 yo u just started puberty,.. the skull forehead not fully grown yet,.. your bones fully grown only after 25 yo,.. but even that the bone still alive,. it'll be in maintenance state,.. and can be shape by environment,.. see teeth bracing is taking advantage of bone flexibility,.. and old folks who got bad posture grown weird bone shape,..

helmet shape is exactly round shape,.. what kind of dent u talking about,..??

A good and suitable helmet won't exercise uneven pressure in the skull, you won't feel any pressure point. If you do, that helmet is not suitable for you.
