Last week I order mcdelivery paid by online banking, thing is later they call me and ask me cancel the order coz no rider to make delivery.
I just said ok only coz I thought after cancel like that they will refund me, manatau one week later still no back refund.

the mcD app only got show purchase but no status one, how do I proof no delivery? haiyaa

their FB, whatsapp no pipul reply one.

Go talk to the branch manager . Else email to Thier hq , the reply quite fast 24-48h

Didnt experience anything like this before, but i think you can go to the branch you order and give them your order number, explain to them what happen. They should have a record if they make the delivery or not.

Unless if the rider scam you by saying no rider but he himself eat your food.

Experienced this before. No worries, they will transfer back the money to your bank account the next day automatically.

have you cancelled the order in the app?
pull down on the mcdelivery tab, find your order, cancel it
else call 1300 13 1300

talk to manager
