your question should ask 400k can buy what other manual performance car

there is almost none except porsche only which i don't know the pricing but definitely higher than that
they're the only direct competitor left in terms of manual performance car

FL5 world wide more expensive then FK8 so when you factor in the price increase it should be about 350k... maybe they factor in the poor RM performance, safer to jack it to 400k

GR86 is not going to trump GR Corolla and Type R. GT/GR86 is somewhat flawed. Its benefit is that it is FR. Buy out of box and want to win either of these hot hatches is another story.

I saw a HK video the owner say FL5 is very stiff. It is stiffer than the stiffest of all Type R generation the FD2R. The second video where the Type R is pitted against the i30N shows it. Very hoppy.
