Normally the original fire-rated entrance door that's viewable from the common corridor cannot be removed, will heavily depend on what JMB/MC considers as "common property"/facade.

Some JMB/MCs are strict enough to only allow specific grille design, or only specific temperature of lights in foyer/balcony, for example. Doors that are originally part of building design might be considered to be facade/common property and cannot be modified.
