Hi i need help on my following Dvico 6500 setup..

I plan to get an old PC to store all my movies inside it. Then connect the PC to the Dvico using a network (RJ45) cable.

My question is, can my Dvico detect the movies inside my PC's hdd? It's some sort of a NAS function but instead of connecting my PC to a network, i connect it straight to my PC.

Appreciate any help or advice.

The instruction manual that came with the box is useless. They practically skipped most of the networking part...

I thought PC straight to Dvico can work? I read at somewhere before..
