btw, here is a short review of Cooler Master Hyper 212

I bought it together with Tuniq TX-2 and additional 120mm silent fan to pair it with the cooler

Look at the size compare to Intel's tiny stock HSF

after installed another 120mm fan to its back

and the test setup will be:
Abit IP35-E
Intel Duo Core E2160 @ stock 1.8Ghz and @ 3.0ghz
the results: (mind that the results is based on Hyper212 with 2 fans)
@ 1.8ghz
stock cooler - idle 33'C - load 51'C
Hyper212 - idle 24'C- load 36'C
@ 3.0ghz (334x9)
stock cooler - idle 34'C - load 68'C
Hyper212 - idle 25'C - load 48'C
Conclusion: I would say this CM Hyper 212 is really awesome for a budget cooler!
Only the drawback is the installation is veeeery fuzzy and some casing won't fit this monster
add: forget to tell about its noise. Even with 2x 120mm fans, my ceiling fan is much more noisier than this
