In normal circumstances you can say patient bullshit due to emotional overbearing.. but damn.. gugujiao head also cut liao, how is that not negligence.

And for the patient's mother, how the fuck an ordinary patient in government hospital able to obtain medical report?

I can only imagine the mother felt so helpless and miserable hearing everything promised by the doctor only to be played like a fool later (paper trail that she had no access to).


I understood gov position to prevent litigation floodgate happening as this case verdict twill set a precedent. But damn, I hope the kid and family get some unrecorded/side compensation aside from the miserable +100k
