I am sorry this might be kinda sensitive; but regarding to bak kut teh and in your personal experience, are those pork parts are fresh?
My friends are eating next to me and i can smell those and i dont think those are fresh but it have been kept for quite some time...
I went to some konoha stall, and they serve me rotten chicken and same chicken also they are making soup...gave me sakit perut and totally banned that stall...

QUOTE(Starbucki @ Sep 18 2023, 11:44 PM) I was told thats the shit lol I also have the same idea, but if don't have is like eating durian without the bitterness. Some also suggest is due to the bile from the pig's stomach that gives that bitterness, but i will stick with poo.
