the current 300mbps swu3.0 plan has already been treated as 500mbps SKU, there is no option to upgrade to 500mbps package, only 800mbps or above.
so yeah, swu3.0 users get their perpetual speed upgrade before fahmi announcement.

probably rm119 for new subscription
throw rm30 tv pack or netflix basic if TM being generous.

you can mentioned to them you want to have hypptv tv removed, they may offer swu3.0 to you.

uhmmm swu3.0 is post-msap offering came earlier (for people who willing to be re-contract).

can see most provider are offering selective loyalty program now. now we just wait for one big provider to make a big move, all the others will follow.

it is likely to be 500mbps permanent. if you check unifi self-service portal, you might not having the option to upgrade to 500mbps plan. meanwhile the other package that currently have temporary speed upgrade in place have this option available.

even if we are stucked with 300mbps speed, at the very least we didnt pay premium price for it thanks to that 6 month bill waive

TM is both wholeseller and reseller. they already enjoyed the savings earlier than other providers that was using their infra. there is no stopping for provider to produce a product without any profit.

he didnt get it right, it just one tier upgrade.

people who not yet finish their contract can try apply for swu3.0 as well.
my colleague who still have 11 month on his contract still can get swu3.0, there are other criteria they may considered like how long are you are subscribing to the TM service. my colleague were a loyal customer for more than 10 years.

attainable doesnt mean stable. please note that copper line degrade over time.
let them upgrade first, if it is not stable/dc alot. you can always contact them to retune thr bandwidth.
