500mbps free upgrade for a year, 600 mins free call time, 6 months bill waiver

SWU 3.0 500M confirm give you 2 mesh router, if you don't want it, also give you.

From the call, he only said for a year

My installer was late. I asked him to leave the stuff at guard house. I received 2 FiberHome mesh. However, the job sheet that I received by email contain the list of standard items but I didn't received like ONU, STB and phone. All with serial number. Checked with Unifi support, they only change when needed. 🤔🤷

My ONU more than 5 years for sure 😅

Glad I got my swu via live chat. All the terms got screenshot, especially the perpetual speed, free 600mins talktime and price lock at RM119. Got proof if need to lodge complaint.

Already done my “upgrade” to swu3.0 on saturday and today received sms

Anyone here facing inconsistent connection speed after free speed upgrade?

Actually thinking back I encountered this problem since last week before the swu3.0 and free speed upgrade

Although now I’m under 500mbps speed package, my connection speed is around 300mbps or below

went TMpoint to change to swu 3.0

119 6 months waiver

but only 1 mesh now they said

I am using CAT 8 Vandesail Cable. Funny thing is, using all same cable but with given TM Dlink router speed test in PC get 500mbps only when change to ax73 speed is just 90mbps. Tried going through TP-Link 192.168.0.. no setting for changing the high-speed thing. Anyone can help out?

I was informed by TM point staff and supervisor when I was switching to SWU3.0 , the RM119 free upgrade 500mbps for 1 year, but after the 1 year it will permanently auto as 500mbps forever (the literally say "forever", I asked them thrice about this and they sound very confident which they say the "pihak atasan" decided it will be auto permanent)

Seeing you guys are having various issues with the given routers, why not just using back the old routers and see if the problems still exist? Frankly speaking, if the old router still working fine, then better don't replace it first. The unifi routers they gave are yours. You can keep them for future replacement. No need so rush to change it now.

Of course, if your old router cannot support the new upgraded speed, then you would have no choice but to change.
