so in other words all we get is speed upgrade you need it or not no downgrade allowed,smart strategy. What we all want is a slash in our bills during these hard times not upgrade not needed

this means i will still pay RM199 for 500mbps from 300mbps a speed not needed,the offer shld hv been current plan slashed or free upgrades.Why give us speed we dont need or sppeds under used

After reading issues raised here FarMee has lots to answer,wht msap bullshit he was rerring to giving an unwanted upgrade which wl be unused is msap?

Just realise unifi says 3 times yr speed,30 to 100,100 to 300 s0 300 shld be ? why 500?!

Mine 300 very doubtfull i wl get 1GB and 500 shld hit 2GB

I was paying rm159 for 300mbps,now speed upgraded to 500mbps at RM159. The neww pricing is RM159 for 500mbps,WTF! What TM shld hv done is to give me 300mbps at new pricing RM119 not give me 500mpbs at RM159!!

This is what many want REDUCTION not UPGRADE!!

My question why rm159 for 500 was happy with 300mbps so it wl be fine at rm119 instead hard times now many wld like save some cash!

My bill is out I paid RM159 for 300,now I pay RM159 for 500mbps a speed I dint need,so much for MSAP! Add ST its almost RM170! Cheaper internet by right shld hv been my 300mbps bill reduced
