Got mine as well. My advice for current unifi sub that been for years, whether you in contract or not, just go tmpoint, have a chat with them, try ur luck. They will kindly consider u guys, since they also want to retain us as their customer.

My case no. Technician just use the same Onu. Just gave me that 2 device new router and mesh, which i also ask him not to install just use the current one, since i lazy to set back my cctv and smart aircond tv remote and all. Hahahha... just keep as spare part for now.

Same. but the Technician did show to my wife yesterday the package he activated, all the list were there including the free 6month bill and all. So, should be fine kot.

which tmpoint is this? how dare them to up sell you that high with those postpaid plan, Zzzz Maybe can try other tmpoint if available at ur area.

Go try. I have the same plan as u, also expire Dec 2023. And I got the SWU 3.0 by went to UNIFI STORE KLCC. Best of luck.

P.s : During conversation, mention la a bit bout inflation,yada2 want reduce commitment and all. try to get their human empathy to smooths-up the nego. that's what i did. huhu

Hahahaha.. Jokerss... Glad i settled edy my SWU 3.0, i don't care bout speed since 300Mbps more than enough dy. I really happy with the 6 month free charges, enjoying right now and for the following month.

Mine the next day. Quite nervous before that because still showing : [unifi 300Mbps Basic - staywithunifi]

Then next day of the installation, change to SWU 3.0 , then bill appeared already got the free 6 month reflect in bill edy. Fell good Mangg..

Are these above package offered included Hypptv package ?

Go try KLCC UNIFI store if u have the time. Plus they also open on weekends. Thats why i went there before at the 1st place.

This CS so rude, like want to blame us customer to get all the SWU 3.0. Pushing to get our account number, while the approval done by their side. Haishhh....

It's so sickening we as customer need to go through this year after year, just to get our rights as customer.

In SEPT 2018 : i still remember from unifi10 to unifi 100Mbps - to settle this TMPOINT SEATAPAK, i need to wait 4 hours since queue like crazy.

In DEC 2021 : Went again for 100Mbps to SWU basic 300Mbps package : TMPOINT SEATAPAK : This time showing the printed package plan given by fellow forumers, that time the CS not aggresive to me, but seem agitated asking me, where u get this info from, this is internal, bla..bla. just said from random wasap grup and internet forum. She took that printed plan that i brought. and ask to not spread it. Zzzzz Luckily a lil bit nego bout post covid and economy bla2.. but Got APPROVED as well.

Then this year : Again, for the SWU 3.0, so grateful luck at my side, the CS cater me at KLCC UNIFI STORE handle the case without any big fuss.
