Currently on 500 Mbps (Turbo upgrade 2018). Thinking of downgrading to 300 Mbps (either SWU3.0) or the new 300mbps package. Once downgraded, am I entitled to the free upgrade to 500mbps?

PS: is 100mbps sufficient for concurrent 4k HDR streaming (1 device) + YT 1080P streaming (1 device) + FB video (1 device)?

For those getting new wifi and MESH routers under SWU 3.0, are we able to get the admin username and password for those routers from TM technician so that we can amend the settings as we need?

I have 3 devices mainly connected to Internet. 1 TV mainly for 4k/1080p streaming most of the day, while the other 2 phones only connected at night for YT 1080P/FB/browsing.

Is 100 Mbps connection sufficient for these 3 devices?

I'm currently under 500 Mbps Turbo Upgrade 2018.

Looking at downgrading to SWU 3.0 100 mbps for RM89, and free 3 months bill.

May I know does this 100 Mbps package comes with speed upgrade to 300 Mbps permanently? Does it come with 1 or 2 MESH router or no free router?

There's another SWU 3.0 300 Mbps upgrade to 500 Mbps also for RM119 as well right? This seems to be a better package option

Just received SMS on upgrading of my existing 500mbps. If I downgrade my package now to SWU 3.0 300 Mbps for Rm119, will the 300 Mbps speed will still be upgraded to 500 Mbps since the upgrade has been done before I downgrade?

TM technician just came and provided 1 Fiberhome wifi router and 1 Fiberhome mesh router.

Can we change the username of the Fiberhome wifi router from tmadmin to our own preferred username? From the router admin page, doesnt seems to be able to do so.

Besides, is there any guidance on what wifi router settings to turn on/off to secure the wifi router?

For those getting Fiberhome wifi router, how do you set DNS settings to Google /Cloudfare DNS?

Is this the correct path: Basic Setup > LAN > IPv4 Configuration > Set Manually option?

Can the fiber cable on the right side of the box be bought from Shopee/LZD? This cable connects the box and the wifi modem. Fiber optics from outside the house is connected to the left side of the box?

For those using Fiberhome routers, is it possible to fix certain device must connect to wifi router and the other devices connect to MESH router?

How to access the admin portal for the MESH router? I was only given the admin portal username and password for the wifi router by TM technician.

Is it the same username and password as wifi router but with different IP address?

Since changing to Fiberhome wifi router, i cant seem to access https://secure.kwsp.gov.my/member/member/login using wifi from my laptop browser anymore. Browsing the root URL www.kwsp.gov.my is working though.

However, I dont have such problem login to i-Akaun web site using mobile browser from my phone connected to the same wifi.

I dont have such issue previously using my old ASUS wifi router (with the same laptop) prior to the broadband package downgrade.

Any idea what's the issue? Anyone having similar issue?
