Anyone on ultimate plan and tried to subscribe these lower Unifi tv plan?

Was wondering if I subscribe, it will add on RM30 (so total become RM90), or it will downgrade my plan? Currently on RM60 ultimate pack

Tried chat with them just now, seems like I can downgrade Ultimate pack (RM60) to Ruby pack (RM30) without recontract, but I don't dare to proceed afraid later they remove my discount.

Anyone have similar experience of downgrading tv pack?

And he mention October got new offer and recommend me to wait.

Meanwhile I am still trying to downgrade or if can remove my tv pack since never utilise at all, my white color hypptv box still sealed in box since 2017 installation.

Can request TM to change new ONU if not faulty?

Because my I240G all led not blinking already, but still working.

Just called 100, and told from their side they see my ONU still working fine, so no replacement.

Will try again tomorrow see if got luck with other CS or not.

Looks like a I240G, mine same model too, now on 800mbps no problem

Mine LED all won't blink already but they don't want to replace it for me

IKR, they tell me from their system see still working so no replacement needed

No sure will get replacement or not even if technician come, if they say no problem then buta2 kena service charge, so I just use as it now since connection no problem.

At carousell? I saw one almost same price yesterday but no carousell protect so didn’t buy it.

My AC68U can reach 400mbps+- on 5GHz but if on ground floor and third floor can get only about 250-350mbps (router placed on second floor)
