Basically just come and connect to your router then connect back to TM server select SWU 3.0 wait for confirmation then test speed/settings and then ask you to sign

I am 500 user i just ask cs swu3.0 500mbps can free upgrade to 800mbps rm189 but only 12month after that can't promise.
I'm not sure is it include tv package.

Just received SMS on upgrading of my existing 500mbps. If I downgrade my package now to SWU 3.0 300 Mbps for Rm119, will the 300 Mbps speed will still be upgraded to 500 Mbps since the upgrade has been done before I downgrade?

IT IS PERMENANT! Don't be confused by those CS/TM point counter. If anything just follow your unifi portal. Got free upgrade sms after applied SWU? Then yes it is permanent.

If u take swu3.0 for 300mbps will get the free upgrade to 500mbps as  promised.

Me also received the sms at the same time. But my package is SWU 3.0 300 mbps to 500mbps. Why my completed upgrade message came along with the 500mbps users batch? Is me getting into the 800mbps club? Lol

Applied SWU3.0 RM119 last week, and the technician came today

Asked him thru whatsapp if possible can avoid coming to house or not, as I'll need to go home from office, as mine is just speed upgrade.
Told me cannot as he need to take snapshot of modem and speedtest result, so no choice to go home at appointed time.

Technician arrived earlier and they're already waiting outside house when I arrived.  Took them only 15mins to swap out my old white BTU to a new ZTE one, plug and play only, didn't even need to go into BTU setting to configure anything.  Speedtest thru wifi 5G, managed to get 300Mbps, asked him where's my 500Mbps?  was told they'll change it tonight.

Now I got 2 Homefiber Mesh wifi as extra...  wondering what to do with them?

500mbps is perpetual confirmed (upgrade from 300mbps swu3.0 rm119)

mine currently is 500mbps but app still shows eligible for upgrade message and is hoping for glitch to 800mbps 🤣

also have you restarted your devices? see if glitch and boosted to 800mbps

So TM did really counter offer you RM 110 for 500 Mbps with 6 months free and MESH routers?

If so, I am going to lodge a complaint because it is discriminatory - they should be offering the same to everyone.
