My parent house suddenly lost public IP.
Logged in account and check, found out service start date became 18 October 2023. Plan speed still same 30 Mbps no upgrade. Looks like my parent house account got messed up. |

Got to give kudos to Unifi customer service and technical team.
Yesterday around 9PM+ I filed a report regarding public IP. Somehow there might be miscommunication somewhere, TM sent technical team to the premise around 9AM+ to check for internet connectivity, not even public IP related. But they showed up in around 12 hours after the report. After contacted customer service again, they cancelled the report and filed a new report again regarding the public IP. |

Auto speed upgraded from 30 Mbps to 100 Mbps.
But, lost public IP address, need to re-request. |
