Just finished visiting TM Point Titiwangsa. No queue at all and I was attended instantly.

TM staff has confirmed that all 800 mbps plan users will be upgraded. It doesnt matter wether you are on turbo upgrade or any other campaign plan, all will be upgraded.

The focus now is to upgrade those recent customers whom walk in and took the latest plans. I’m  on turbo upgrade plan and we are all legacy plan users. According to her, for turbo uograde 800mbps plan users the upgrade will surely happen but not sure wither to 1gbps or 2gbps because by default we were suppose to be upgraded to 1gbps back in 2018 but since TM infra back then only could cater to 800mbps max speed so we were all packed to that category.

Just an update, technician come and check all is OK and end up they call to center to open the 500mb speed. Cuz the technician say the free upgrade sms blast from center, then the backend team does not know which user need to activated the speed upgrade.

Hi. I just move to a 5yrs old 2-storey intermediate landed house. The previous owner already using unifi and had the cable laid from FDP at the back of the house up across the rooftop to the front porch and went inside living hall thru a drilled wall. However I notice that the cable on top of porch was broken.

I planned to subscribe a new unifi basic 100mbps home, so will installer laid a whole new cable from FDP or they will just reconnect the broken part and reused the old cable?
