MAXIS follows strictly price of unifi packages especially the lower priced packages . check the latest promotion of MAXIS home fiber . you know the price of  unifi's packages in OCTOBER .

expect barebone packages of uniifi as follows.
100 mbps RM89.
300mbps  rm99.
*
300Mbps might be RM109, so that it will be slightly cheaper than those SWU offering

Thanks for the description, my current unit is Archer AX50. Think it should support 500Mbps right?
*
BlackTubi can get the full speed, so im sure your router supported 500Mbps

I am gonna bit more realistic

I expect pricing is something like this.

30mbps = RM69/m
100mbps = RM89/m
300mbps = RM119/m
500mbps = RM149/m
1Gbps = RM189/m

Lets hope whatever they drop is NOT worst than this. lol
*
Got internal info that they will no longer offer 30Mbps, 100Mbps will be the Minimum speed.

Ofc, take it with a grain of salt.

Installed my 100Mbps today, switched from maxis fibre

Retaining the same huawei BTU, TM gave me very lousy D-link Wifi 5 router lol. Had to change to my AX20 after they left

they said, i will get free upgrade to 300Mbps within 2 months but 100Mbps alr enough for me

also a question, is 20ms a normal ping to singapore for Unifi user? I can get around 14-15ms with maxis
