Got mine as well. My advice for current unifi sub that been for years, whether you in contract or not, just go tmpoint, have a chat with them, try ur luck. They will kindly consider u guys, since they also want to retain us as their customer.

seems like for new signup, only up-to 500Mbps is being offered (with 6mths bump up-to 800Mbps).

No 800Mbps, 1Gbps, and 2Gbps for new sign ups.

His heaps of announcements NEVER materialise in real life.     Go figure.

Maybe it is time for fix broadband provider to consider data cap and lower pricing. 30mbps for rm30, with 300gb data monthly. Heard before that fix broadband provider wants to have data cap but it didn't materialise.
Also look at their T&C, must be bundle with whatever astro pack.
Unless Maxis guy replace the TM given ONU, their setup currently is still in such a way that TM will configure the ONU and Maxis just use lan2 to plug in router.
In a legal way, will TM ever allow Maxis to not use TM's ONU?
Too bad, SWU is not for switching customer. Only for existing Unifi customer.

Is the free upgrade 3 months, 6 months or perpetual. It it's not perpetual, then you got a lesser deal.

For this you can get SWU 3.0 RM119 and you get perpetual 500mbps speed and 6 month bill waiver. Just go to the TM point.

This is strange. First time I see this different pricing. SWU should be done at TM point only. Do note that some are actually reseller. This is not reseller trying to earn extra by providing the service or just chaos at TM point, it's like pasar, do as u like for the staff.

I think you kena kencing by the Tmpoint staff. Everyone here get 300mbps RM119, some got perpetual upgrade to 500mbps. Better try another Tmpoint or go and nego back the package.

Does yours come with Unifi TV (Ruby+) those package?
If yes, then the price of 300mbps (free upgrade 500mbps) SWU 3.0 should be RM119 + RM30 then.

Even so it should be RM149 unless the CS kind enuf inclusive 6% SST for you

There are a few variation of offer. Yours seems like those offer given by telemarketer, 300mbps for RM159, sometimes can get for RM149. I also have someone from Penang who already got SWU 3.0, 300mbps free upgrade to 500mbps for 119.
Go ask and keep us updated. Without TV you should get 119, free upgrade to 500mbps. Otherwise go to the other Tmpoint in Penang.

From what I have experience and learned from here, TM point don't print the pricing to show everyone. They either write down on paper or some just let you peep at the pricing. Anyway, Good luck getting the right package for you. May the lower price be with you

Which tm point you went? If you near ioi, just go there, at least they have good offer and permanent upgrade.

(they bring out the catalogue, not checking in the laptop for offer, that mean anyone that no more contract can apply)

First 6 months bill waived. I took 500mbps but need go back tmr cause for whatever reason I have outstanding fees on my account.

One more thing is if take swu will need to take unifi mobile 39 for a month. No contract and can be terminate after first month.
