Will they send us new equipment if we're already on 800 Mbps?

Also, can the ONRs be used with wired backhaul? That's how we have the DIR-X3060Zs set up.

So it's unclear what speeds 800 Mbps customers will be upgraded to?

Hopefully 2 Gbps lol.

Lol, so 800 Mbps already more than enough for us. But I dare say 2 Gbps is complete overkill. rclxm9.gif

if current is 800Mbps, the next best speed is 1Gbps.

I thought 500 Mbps customers will be upgraded to 1 Gbps? To be fair I'd also settle for a fee reduction.

With the new unifi plan , those with 30mbps plan will auto upgrade to 100mbps ?

Need to manually accept speed upgrade?

Assuming you're on fibre, looks like you'll be upgraded automatically but you can check eligibility below.

Haven't been paying attention but is there any news on what current 800 Mbps users will be upgraded to?

They still undecided yet whether to upgrade 1 Gbps or 2 Gbps. Because technically 800 Mbps is 1 Gbps but because of the limitation back then, the speed was set to 800 Mbps

Should say they thinking creating something in between of not, else only 1G or 2G lol...

I'd settle for 1.5 Gbps. rclxms.gif

This is more of a hypothetical situation. If I'm moving to an existing house, and was able to convince the previous resident to keep their Unifi connection (to avoid the "no ports" issue), how easy is it to transfer ownership to my name? Assuming the previous homeowner's contract has ended, will I be subjected to a 2 year contract?
