RM149 -30 = RM119 .... same as SWU 3.0

Anyone had issue relocation? From landed to high rise.

Order created on 08 September 2023 and until now technician said cannot, all give these reason "BTU Sharing-No BTU at site" and "BTU SHARING NO BTU AT SITE".

I bring everything to new premises already and yet they said cannot and need close the case 2 times.

Wow 2 week no internet access, team no follow up.

300Mbps below 100 is a great deal. Just hope they can supply the rated speed when everybody get upgraded.

And yes, in this case, if got TIME, ask UniFi to cancel your plans without penalty, because TM failed to provide you Internet access.

Normally if no coverage on new location, then TM will accept to cancel ur plan without penalty of remaining contract.

TV reduced to free channels and some news/sports channels only.

My current plan is 300mbps for 129 and it's been out of contract for a long time, they offered me a 6 months waiver and a temporary speed upgrade + router, both of which I don't need, but wanted to raise the price to 149. This was supposed to be a better deal but it just feels like they were trying to scam me. Contemplating between switching to Maxis or waiting for the news, what would you do?

for the dlink dir-x1860z routers from unifi. anyone know how to change the wifi channels on it ?

walk in to tmpoint today they offer 119 for 300mbps but must take their unifi postpaid which i dont wish to take.. is there any other way?

Too good? You can't be serious, swu 3.0 is 119 and 6 months waiver, some even got less than 119, how is 129 without waiver too good? To be clear my plan doesn't have the tv pack.

Remember : SWU no need to add on mobile postpaid plan, it's not compulsory.

which tmpoint is this? how dare them to up sell you that high with those postpaid plan, Zzzz Maybe can try other tmpoint if available at ur area.

I do not have this router but it should be under wireless or WLAN or network section.
