Check your public IP. I experienced max 100mbps speed test twice. Rebooting/reconnecting the Unifi and able to get full speed when using 175.x.x.x or 219.x.x.x IP. Not sure what happened.

Also as I expected, this sentence "Discussions had taken some time as the service providers had provided feedback saying that their profits will be affected," is one of the reason of the delay. TM shareholder will not be happy

AIS FIBER of Thailand can provide 500mbps at RM 65/ month . TM is either making too much profit or inefficient .

as expected , TM asks for more tongkat . this is the reason for delay . I prefer Gobind's way of handling MSAP . fast and efficient.

Greetings all,

Recently changing plan from Super Value YEP 2019 (300Mbps) to SWU 3.0 (500Mbps) but when performed speed test (direct LAN to PC) Only can get around 300Mbps for download, 100Mbps for upload. Any idea what is the cause my download speed cannot get 500Mbps?

If you can get 100 Mbps upload, it seems you are already on the 500 Mbps plan. Your router may not be powerful enough to reach 500 Mbps download.

I used to have a router that could only reach 230+ Mbps download.

How to test? If you have a spare router, put that in and test.

Router is it refer to BTU unit? If yes then i don't have any spare unit.

Thanks for the info, i not sure will check. I just plug and play without change any setting expect key in the PPPoE username and password

I have this issue once a while when my 300 will just max at 150, then I'll have to do a power cycle of my BTU+router to get back my proper speed. So far it's only happened twice.
