Did you ask them why your username got problem in the first place? Frankly speaking, it's hard to believe that an username would be an issue for application. Yours might be the first case in this forum.
If TM can't do anything about it, then the last resort is you have to terminate your account and register a new one (new username). But you may need to bear the risk of unavailable port. And also, not sure if SWU 3.0 still can work after you register a new account.
Anyway, I do feel your pain bro. Especially when you can only wait and wait and don't know why and how they gonna fix it, or wondering, can they really fix the problem.
TM can do something confirm, it just need high level enough sysadmin to bypass the restriction. Thing is, i complain from the bottom all the way to top, one level pass to one level take too much bloody time. Then of cos each level tak tau, cos beyond their pay grade.
I pretty sure its the id cos the technician make multiple call with speaker on, so i paid attention to the conversation and judging from the details, ya is if causes the changes invalid. But i didn't ask why, cos since its their system, i quite believe my level of understanding wont comprehend the technician explanation. I know susah explain to org yg tak tau, so no need susah technician la. Good ppl, took a lot of extra efforts to help me over two visits. Its a shame TM has so excellent outsource installer and tech but their own team are rubbish and sloppy.
