Luckily I did my homework in here before the installer came. I told him not to install anything. After he settled everything, I did speedtest, done. I happy because everything goes smooth and my setup is untouched. He happy because he no need to do extra works and can leave early. And i just bought new router afterwards. Not sure what to do with those Unifi mesh routers though.  LOL.

joing the SWU3.0 club, just now dropped by shah alam TM to get the plan changed.
so how soon should I expect the speed to be upgraded to 500mbps?
the free hardware need wait technician call 1st.

the "permanent" 500mbps is a little sketchy as well, guess tat 1 only can find out next year.

For SWU 3.0, if you have a standard house telephone in your existing package, you are entitled to free 600mins/mth perpetually. Heard this from KLCC TM center staff. My chat previously with online staff also confirmed it is perpetual but didn't know it is only offered to those with existing house telephone.

The basic TV channel is with their TM android box, right?

Wait hold on a second, so they don't potong your existing UnifiTV service completely when you moved to SWU 3.0 (which iinm doesn't include any TV Package for the RM119 one)?

Does the basic free channels include BBC News?

Coz if it does, gaddayum i'll move to SWU 3.0 300->500 RM 119 right now lol, the only reason why i haven't is because my household actually watches those foreign news channels. They don't care about the entertainment stuff lol.

I have the UnifiTV android box they gave in 2018 when i first subscribed to their 30M plan.
