Every time I relocated they change new ONU mention already ready configured for that area. He lazy to configure it again.

For upgrade another contractor mentioned depends on condition of ONU but he didnt told me exact "condition" he referring to.

Still waiting the msap to be finalised and see what my monthly bill 109 get

This took around 5 hours plus/minus to solve my account status.

- Lost access to Unifi TV, then internet access
- Ticket raised at 3:30pm via Chat support, got report number and settled the bills too.
- Promised will be handled as Priority one and expected solved around 2 hours

<<7PM>>
- Received SMS about my case solved, yet Unifi App still showed Suspended for my account
- Reported again via Chat support, promised will get it fix ASAP before 9pm

<<8PM>>
- Confirmed my Account changed to Active, not able to test as I was outside
- Tested around 8:45pm confirmed Internet + Unifi TV back online

After switched to SWU 3.0, I noticed the Unifi TV is still functioning. Just that the channels now limited to the free TV1, TV2, TV3, 8TV, ... and a few news and sports channels such as CNN.

What will happen for customers with SWU 3.0 then come in MSAP with lower plan? SWU 3.0 has no chance to get lower plan price?

Need to wait another 2 years before jumping to the new plan. Unless they make turbo upgrade to all customers, then everyone can enjoy.

My case no. Technician just use the same Onu. Just gave me that 2 device new router and mesh, which i also ask him not to install just use the current one, since i lazy to set back my cctv and smart aircond tv remote and all. Hahahha... just keep as spare part for now.

Same. but the Technician did show to my wife yesterday the package he activated, all the list were there including the free 6month bill and all. So, should be fine kot.

SWU 3.0 does not come with any TV pack and phone call, right?
