You can tell from how CS is handling, not all of them has been briefed properly. Some only got superficial information in their morning briefing yesterday, then suddenly meet demanding callers and visitors throughout the day; today their supervisors can give fresh briefing to update over what were enquired yesterday.

my 100Mbps broadband-only in kampung completed install in first-half of September, not under promotion, yet not listed for upgrade as well. there is hope.

the free Speed Upgrade 2023 T&C state a cut off eligibility for accounts as at BEFORE 5th October 2023.
so changing subscription on 5th and after is subject to TM's fancy whether to apply upgrade or not to.

for all we know - and not -, all those changes since 5th is probably welcomed by, as TM then won't have to apply permanent speed upgrade after all

you don't have to click that "upgrade plan"/"change plan". the link is if you manually want to select which plan you want to change to. the page that carried that link itself would show you immediately whether you get "free speed upgrade 2023".
