hi all.. not sure is this the right section to ask
I rented my apartment to a foreigner and he signed up for unify 2 year contract. Now he left the country after staying for 4 months without terminating his unify (under his name) which still within 2 year contract.

what should i do in this situation? anyone encounter before? doh.gif

If I were you, off the Unifi, go to nearest Kedai Telekom and return all the equipment. Tell the case to the officer there and see where it goes. Not under your name so it should not be an issue.

Just ignore if its not under your name which it shouldnt be

Is not in your name but nevertheless, settle it with TM.

Otherwise your next tenant may face delay or problems in applying for a new connection.

Show them the TA.

This is the worst thing you can do.
