hi all.. not sure is this the right section to ask
I rented my apartment to a foreigner and he signed up for unify 2 year contract. Now he left the country after staying for 4 months without terminating his unify (under his name) which still within 2 year contract.

what should i do in this situation? anyone encounter before?

What concerns you ? Just tell TM to terminate and he has run away

it is registered with my property address that's what concerned me.
have you faced similar before? TM can terminate just like that?

You will have issue if you want to apply for new Unifi line at the same location.

Just go to the TM Point and ask. Bring related documents.

call 100 and ask tm they can give you clear answer than asking here

make police report then go tm point with the report.

for what you make noise in here while the due is still increasing by the day?

also, don't forget that foreigners have to deposit quite an amount. go terminate fast fast before liability exceeds deposit. keep records that you have informed TM in case TM itself acting slow and causing bill to increase in meantime. in case need to dispute why they didn't terminate ASAP and causing problems to apply again in future.

make police report
get report copy as proof tenant ran away
then terminate the unifi account

edit: after that, follow up kaw-kaw with tm until terminated, else, you goyang kaki waiting, they goyang telur delay
