 Proton Saga 2022 issue (mirrors closed whe moving)

I have Proton Saga 2022 (Proton Saga 1.3L Premium S AT). Car is around ~1 year old. Following symptoms since day 1.

Symptoms:
1) Side mirrors remain closed when moving. Only open when reach certain speed. (super dangerous)
2) Car lock - cannot get inside, need key to unlock. Inside car indicator always on. Not a correct reaction on pressing it
3) Alarm turn on when starting engine - car thinks it's locked

These problems come and go.

Been to Proton 3 times already and diagnostic says nothing. Even showed them video. They only reset and say "keep monitoring". What can be the problem? What are my legal options?

SC returned 3 times without rectifying, make big complaint la.

Write to proton care. Email them. Their corporate takes these issues seriously.
Document everything.

Its 2023 and Service is still Proton's big problem. No one gives a F there.

My 2021 Iriz had gearbox issues. Will have warnings about gearbox failure frequently. Went to multiple SC also they said no problem with the gearbox. Its just sensor malfunction. They never change sensor also claiming its not covered under warranty. Finally my car stopped at the middle of the road. now they're saying my gearbox have to be changed. How convenient they say just as the warranty expired(warranty expired because I missed 1 service, my fault but IDGAF anymore). I was bringing my car for 2 years to them to settle this issue while under warranty. They say nothing wrong. But the moment warranty expired they claim faulty product that I have to pay 10k to fix.

Your issue reminds me when I owned a Saga BLM. Aircon not cold under warranty, they said nothing wrong.. I sent like few times, complaint the same issue with rattling sounds on my door panel.
Waited 1 hour+ at the waiting area, didn't get to see whether they do anything to my car or not. Finally they said all ok, when i retrieve my car...all issues still persist.. doh.gif

A few days after warranty ended, I went for non-Proton SC , the foreman told me why your compressor kaput but Proton don't change for you. sad.gif

I fed up and sold my BLM terus. mad.gif

ya bro. looks like I have to sell the car at a huge loss. No point having a car that's unreliable. The sad part is I absolutely love Iriz driving experience. No way I'm buying another Proton car in my lifetime.

Sounds like BCM - body control module got issued. Go proton hq to claim warranty.

Email + Facebook msg them, I find their FB admin quite responsive.

Contact the Proton HQ directly. They are very attentive and helpful based on my experience.

Many service centers are horrible as they are just authorized centers and not directly managed by Proton (i heard).

Ignore the service center. Document everything and contact Proton with the proof.

That was many years back, but sometimes I still get FB feed of Proton fans club, the owners are complaining of how bad their SC were..

Then I realized after so many years, they are still the same old attitude..

my previous proton gen2 problem never been solved . so many times went to the service centre to fix the problem but the problem keep on repeating and getting worst . plenty of time and money wasted each time went to the service centre . the end result meeehhhh doh.gif end up the gen2 been sold after a year using it sweat.gif
