Its 2023 and Service is still Proton's big problem. No one gives a F there.
My 2021 Iriz had gearbox issues. Will have warnings about gearbox failure frequently. Went to multiple SC also they said no problem with the gearbox. Its just sensor malfunction. They never change sensor also claiming its not covered under warranty. Finally my car stopped at the middle of the road. now they're saying my gearbox have to be changed. How convenient they say just as the warranty expired(warranty expired because I missed 1 service, my fault but IDGAF anymore). I was bringing my car for 2 years to them to settle this issue while under warranty. They say nothing wrong. But the moment warranty expired they claim faulty product that I have to pay 10k to fix.
Your issue reminds me when I owned a Saga BLM. Aircon not cold under warranty, they said nothing wrong.. I sent like few times, complaint the same issue with rattling sounds on my door panel.
Waited 1 hour+ at the waiting area, didn't get to see whether they do anything to my car or not. Finally they said all ok, when i retrieve my car...all issues still persist..
A few days after warranty ended, I went for non-Proton SC , the foreman told me why your compressor kaput but Proton don't change for you.
I fed up and sold my BLM terus.
