Is it worth the money and time?
Also, can I withdraw from my KWSP 2 account to pursue this?

Of what value is the Graduate Certificate? Unless it is for your own knowledge, I would suggest you take a postgraduate course that is easily recognisable to employers or to many, such as a Postgraduate Diploma or Masters.

Yes KWSP fund may be used, but only if the certificate is from approved institution.
Graduate cert is above Diploma, anything above Diploma is included in the KWSP account 2 withdrawal |
