I also operate a homestay business since 2017. For every check-in, I collect a deposit and refundable upon check-out if there is no damages or missing items.

If guest don't trust me, then he can opt for other places.

Already contract ended and just waiting them to refund my deposit

Call the agent to remind the landlord.

If it is stated in your contract, u can take legal action to landlord..
