Looks like hotlink is only selling the new hotlink prepaid 2023 now, no more hotline pantas. Does the new prepaid still have 365 days long validity?

I thought got feature in Maxis Hotlink than can convert current plan to 365 validity?

Call 123 from the Hotlink postpaid line, select menu to speak to agent. Then tell them you want to downgrade to Hotlink Pantas. They will need to verify a few things with registered account owner, and try to upsell (e.g. if Postpaid 30 then they will promote free next tier Postpaid 40 for a few months). Decline that and persist to downgrade. They will mention that downgrade within 7 business days or so, you will see the SIM disconnected and reconnect (where the plan is changed).

You will need to pay the next month's bill after downgrade still to clear the outstanding unbilled usage till the downgrade date (e.g. if bill cycle is 9th and downgrade today, you will still need to pay final bill when issued on 9th Oct).

Each rm10 topup with Pantas, got me 30 days validity.

I cannot find validity information about the all new hotlink prepaid 2023. Anyone know how it's validity works?
