QUOTE(-kytz- @ Oct 26 2011, 10:42 AM) how much are the charges for facebook text messaging, where I can send text using my mobile phone to update my status... It depends on your operator. For DiGi, its 10cent per status update/commentBtw, any comment on this? https://www.facebook.com/topic.php?uid=7931...116&topic=15628 |

QUOTE(-kytz- @ Oct 26 2011, 11:24 AM) yeah. For DiGi, by default, it only sends you a sms when someone comments at your status/picture/note/video or post at your wall. Status updates from friends is disabled by default but you can enable it manually |

QUOTE(-kytz- @ Oct 26 2011, 03:25 PM) For Digi, can you disable the "it only sends you a sms when someone comments at your status/picture/note/video or post at your wall" ? Because messages sent to your phone costs $$ Yeah, you can. I know la, I tried this service before I'll try calling up Maxis. Btw, thanks for the help! Howto: Disable certain Notifications sent to your Mobile Phone by SMS: 1. Click the inverted triangle beside the Home. 2. Click Account Settings. 3. Click Mobile. 4. Click Notifications. 5. Disable the notifications that you do not want by unticking it. 6. Click Save Changes. Done!! Not sure whether maxis has this service or not as I don't use maxis but they should have it though. |

QUOTE(H4XF4XTOR @ Oct 28 2011, 08:16 PM) But still cheaper than using your data plan(if you don't subscribe to those internet data plan) and yeah, its quite annoying.QUOTE(HMMaster @ Oct 29 2011, 08:16 AM) Anyone know how to filter news feed based on post type? (status update, photo, etc) Last time used to have this option, but the new update design don't have this option anymore.. (or it is hidden) First time see moderator comment at here Anyway, I had checked through, and it seems that the "general" news feed filter is off(or hidden, assuming that I didn't found it), and the "personalized" news feed filter is on instead. What I found for now is that you can filter everyone's news feed based on what you want at the news feed or lists, but there's no grouping on post type instead. |

@HMMaster(If you are still here)
Only if you use 0.fb / m.fb(with old browsers) then you can have what you wanted. Another solution is to use FF in m.facebook.com . Don't use chrome, because they had used the new html5 interface for it and the thing that you wanted is not there. |

When you give them trust, you expect them to behave. EXPECT. These things are quite unavoidable unless you don't share it to them at all.
