It depends on your operator. For DiGi, its 10cent per status update/comment

yeah. For DiGi, by default, it only sends you a sms when someone comments at your status/picture/note/video or post at your wall. Status updates from friends is disabled by default but you can enable it manually

Howto: Disable certain Notifications sent to your Mobile Phone by SMS:
1. Click the inverted triangle beside the Home.
2. Click Account Settings.
3. Click Mobile.
4. Click Notifications.
5. Disable the notifications that you do not want by unticking it.

Not sure whether maxis has this service or not as I don't use maxis but they should have it though.

Yeah, I use that. But for non-DiGi users, fb sms would be their choice.

But still cheaper than using your data plan(if you don't subscribe to those internet data plan) and yeah, its quite annoying.

Anyway, I had checked through, and it seems that the "general" news feed filter is off(or hidden, assuming that I didn't found it), and the "personalized" news feed filter is on instead.

What I found for now is that you can filter everyone's news feed based on what you want at the news feed or lists, but there's no grouping on post type instead.

You mean by changing the language or install the greasemonkey script? Possibly but it is going to be changed anyway, so why don't just adapt to the new changes ?

Is it that you had not been using 0.fb for quite a while? As now 0.fb requires you to use ONLY opera mini as its browser(I think its because of advertisement, so nowadays we get to online 24/7 )

Only if you use 0.fb / m.fb(with old browsers) then you can have what you wanted.

Another solution is to use FF in m.facebook.com .
Don't use chrome, because they had used the new html5 interface for it and the thing that you wanted is not there.

Howto: Set privacy settings for Facebook pictures
1. Click the name of your username at the upper right side of the page.
2. Click Photos
3. Click the Album where the picture that you want to edit its privacy settings.
4. Find and click the picture that you want to edit its privacy settings.
5. Click the (edit) beside the Shared with:
