Update: Tried the AWU2 in TRX. Man its huge. idk how you guys wear it. hopefully the U3 is slimmer. Was looking forward to an upgrade.

The battery drains like crazy these days, I used to stretch it to 3.5 days but recently only 2.5 days or 2 days. I suspect because I turned on the sleep apnea tracker recently. Just switched off the sleep apnea notification and see if that improves.

Anyone of you experiencing the same too?

Any chance for U3 this year?

So my AWU2 decided to die today.

Worn screen protector from Day 1

Use it for hiking, marathon, training.

1 year plus later, the screen goes all blank. The thing still work just display failed.

Switch will be charging 3K for a replacement. Very bad quality of AWU.

The latest WatchOS update drains the battery quite badly. I think I will restart it after the next full charge.

I just recalled it’s already the second full charge after I updated to the latest WatchOS. So, maybe it’s not related to the issue. Anyway, for an almost two years old device, still with 97% battery health I guess it’s not too bad.

Wait, I only found out we can actually trade-in Apple Watch?

Guys, my U2 notification sound has been quite soft to an extent I thought it was silent. I checked and it was not. I had no choice but to turn off the “Automatically Adjust Volume” toggle and adjust my preferred volume.

I want to know if this is also happening to you? I’m not sure now if it’s caused by the latest WatchOS 26 or simply because I did a transfer from old iPhone to the new iPhone.

If it’s not happening to you all then I guess I will need to reset my U2.

So you also get yours turned off? Apparently mine is turned on by default, I don't do anything to it. It is not something new right?

Hardware wise, some differences:
6H extra, 15 minutes less charging time from 0% to 80%. 15 minutes for 12 hours of usage, 5 minutes for 8 hours of sleep tracking - this is actually nice.
Bigger screen, tough sapphire crystal display with titanium case.

Checked the Apple trade-in value, and it is RM 1,525 for my two-year-old U2. Battery health is now 97%, but I feel the battery life doesn't last as long once it drops below 100%.

Not sure if it is worth to to up RM 2174 for the latest U3.

The problem is I don't. Looks like I should just stick to U2.

How is this even possible to retain 100% after two years? How's your charging behavior?

Not sure it is just me but the latest WatchOS drains battery quite badly, already done a few charges but still drains. But could be due to the battery health drops to 95% now.
